Tambo Silavwe

Tambo Silavwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, leadership, and the arts. Currently serving as a Data Literacy Coach at Multiverse and Head Coach at INSIGHT COACHING LTD, Tambo has significantly impacted organizational development through a people-first coaching approach. As the Founder and Artistic Director of The Flourish Drama Company, Tambo provides a platform for young actors to showcase their talents. Additionally, Tambo is an Ambassador for One Young World and has held various leadership roles across organizations, including Operations Team Lead at Aula and Champions Community Manager at teamtogether. Tambo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and Drama from De Montfort University.
