Tom Knoll

Tom Knoll is a Senior UX Researcher at Multiverse, bringing over a decade of user research experience and a track record of award-winning publications. Previously, Tom served as a Lead User Researcher at Babylon, where they led a project that achieved a 23% reduction in clinician consultation times. Tom also held positions as a Senior UX Consultant at Spotless and a UX Consultant at Amberlight Partners, focusing on impactful research methodologies and stakeholder engagement. Tom holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from University College London and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Plymouth.
