Ian Hansen

Ian Hansen is the Head of Estimating at Multiworks, where they assist in producing value for money estimates and develop tendering processes. With over 24 years of experience in the rail industry, they have worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator/Senior Estimator on various projects ranging from £50k to over $1bn. Their previous roles include positions at companies such as Jarvis, VolkerRail, and Lendlease, where they managed costs and estimated rail projects across the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Master's degree from The Open University.
