Alan Schamp has extensive experience in project management and business development, currently serving as a Business Development and Engagement Manager at Information Alliance, Inc. since May 2014, and as a Sr. IT Project Manager at Multnomah County since 2008. Prior to these roles, Alan owned Schamp Systems Development from 2005 to 2015, and held various senior project management positions at organizations including DHS, State of Oregon, and ACS. Alan's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Oregon State University. Alan is also currently retired from the company Gone Fishing since January 2015.
