Alyce Porter

Alyce Porter is a skilled Business Systems Analyst with extensive experience in IT services and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Multnomah County since March 2020, Alyce acts as a liaison for Health and Human Service customer requests, developing business cases for IT services. Previously, Alyce held positions at the Portland Bureau of Transportation and Multnomah County, focusing on system design, process evaluation, and cross-functional policy implementation. Additional roles included overseeing the EBT Operations for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and managing grant systems for the NYS Division of the Budget. Alyce possesses a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in History with a focus on Secondary Education from The College of Idaho.
