Alyson Hoffman

Alyson Hoffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in event management and project coordination within the publishing and comics industries. Currently serving as an EOC Specialist at Multnomah County since April 2020, Alyson previously held roles such as Event and Convention Operations Manager at Image Comics from January 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included pre-convention planning, vendor coordination, and on-site management. With a strong background in event programming as Programming and Speaker Manager for IT Revolution Press, Alyson has successfully managed events ranging from 50 to over 1200 participants, overseeing speaker communications, scheduling, and logistics. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-owning a letterpress print shop and serving in various project management and administrative roles within the publishing sector. Alyson holds a Master of Arts in Book Publishing and Writing and a Bachelor's degree in English/Writing from Portland State University.
