John Willey

John Willey has over 30 years of experience in project management and development, with a strong focus on web document systems and case management solutions. Currently serving as a Development Analyst Senior at Multnomah County since November 2007, John has led the design and development of a human services case management system using MVC 3, WCF, and Linq with SQL Server 2008 R2. Previously, at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, John held several roles including Project Lead/Project Manager, where notable projects included the development of a dynamic web document system and a hazardous waste reporting system. John's career commenced at the United States Environmental Protection Agency, where effective budget control and position management systems were developed. John holds a Master's degree from New York University and a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
