Jr Lilly

JR Lilly is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in community engagement, fundraising, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Tribal Relations Liaison and Director of the Office of Community Involvement for Multnomah County since January 2023, JR Lilly is responsible for fostering communication between communities and county leadership. Previous experience includes advocating for the East Portland Action Plan with the City of Portland and fulfilling various roles at NAYA Family Center, including Civic Engagement Coordinator and Development Manager, where focus was on enhancing civic voice and managing fundraising initiatives. Earlier roles include Executive Director at Wiconi International, where JR Lilly worked to empower Native American communities, and various positions in hospitality and education, showcasing a commitment to community service and development. JR Lilly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lee University.
