Ryan Deibert

Ryan Deibert currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Homelessness Response System for Multnomah County, leading collaborative strategies to address homelessness. Previously, Ryan held the position of Interim Director within the same system, guiding its start-up phase and supporting team recruitment and management. Ryan's experience extends to roles such as Health Related Social Needs Director at the Oregon Health Authority, and Health and Housing Policy Advisor to Governor Kate Brown. Notable earlier positions include Housing Program Manager at Health Share of Oregon and Manager of Planning, Policy & Performance at the Joint Office of Homeless Services. Ryan's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Willamette University.
