Tom McTighe

Tom McTighe is a Senior Business Analyst at Multnomah County since March 2021, specializing in app development, bridging communication between staff and IT, and managing projects as a product owner. In addition to this role, Tom is the Owner of Webwork for Good, a web development and digital marketing company established through word-of-mouth referrals starting in 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Digital Content Specialist at OHSU, where Tom developed a web app and managed various digital marketing campaigns, and roles as a Programmer and Technical Writer in different capacities at OHSU and other organizations. Tom holds an MS in Professional and Technical Writing from Portland State University and a BS in Computer Science from Santa Fe University of Art and Design.
