Shane Engel

Shane Engel is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the mineral processing and construction industries. Currently at Multotec Group of Companies since June 2018, Shane oversees project design, engineering, execution, and commissioning of various systems related to mineral processing and water treatment, with key projects such as the ZAR100M Guinea Alumina Corporation initiative. Previously, Shane managed projects at Status Ceilings, achieving significant cost reductions, and held various engineering roles at Sibanye-Stillwater, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-million dollar capital projects and optimizing engineering processes. Shane holds a National Diploma in Engineering from Ekurhuleni West College and a Trade Test in Industrial Instrumentation.
