Cody E. has a wide range of work experience in various roles and industries. From 2018 until the present, Cody has been working as the Chief Operating Officer at MUN Impact, where they have successfully grown the youth network by over 4,000% and expanded the partnership network from 3 to 182 civil service organizations. Cody has also managed program development and execution, content management and communications, curriculum development, and event management for the organization.

Prior to joining MUN Impact, Cody served as an Advisory Board Member for Hope for Education and Leadership in Afghanistan (HELA) starting in 2015. Cody also worked as a Project Coordinator at KFH Group, Inc. from 2015 to 2018, where they coordinated various projects.

In 2015, Cody held multiple roles including Logistics Coordinator at THIMUN Qatar, where they oversaw conference preparations and managed conference logistics for international presenters. Cody also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, assisting with grading assignments and structuring a leadership course.

Previously, Cody gained experience as a Legislative Intern at the California State Senate, representing and speaking on behalf of State Senator at various events and conferences. Cody also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore, conducting research and serving as a teaching assistant for an Indian economist.

Cody's earlier work experience includes roles as a Journalist at The Jakarta Globe, where they authored and contributed to articles, and as an English Language Instructor at New Oriental Education & Technology Group, where they developed and taught language courses. Cody also taught as an English Professor at Jilin University, teaching English language curricula to university students.

Cody E. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and the National University of Singapore, where they specialized in Public Policy Analysis. This program took place from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Cody E. also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they completed the Leadership and Team Development Programme offered by the National Youth Council Singapore. Later, in 2015 and 2016, they attended the Qatar Leadership Conference organized by THIMUN Qatar. Lastly, in 2018, they took the Microsoft Excel - Excel from Beginner to Advanced course on Udemy. More recently, in 2022, Cody E. obtained certifications in Data for Good: Using Data Science in Nonprofits and NGOs, as well as Program Management Foundations, both from LinkedIn.
