Michael Shtern is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in product marketing and customer retention. Currently serving as Head of Product Marketing at Munch since May 2025, Michael previously held the role of Head of Retention & Product Marketing at Promo.com, where a customer-centric marketing strategy was developed, significantly enhancing engagement and conversion rates. Prior to that, Michael worked at Amdocs as Post-sale Marketing Lead, overseeing customer success and project management with a focus on big data campaign management.
