Johan Le Roux

Johan Le Roux has worked in the software engineering field since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Technician at FRED Computers, where they were responsible for computer repairs and installations on both software and hardware levels, as well as sales of computers and related accessories. In 2012, they became self-employed as a Freelancer, developing multiple websites, web app backends, and desktop software solutions for clients. During this time, they also integrated cloud computing services for higher scalability with lower cost. In 2019, they began working as a Software Engineer at Vectra Business Technologies, and also started working as a Software Engineer at Munch, a next-generation hospitality solution that helps restaurants run simple and profitable.

Johan Le Roux obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg between 2015 and 2017. Johan then returned to the University of Johannesburg to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Information Technology in 2018. In 2019, they obtained the New Relic Certified Performance Pro certification from New Relic University.
