Michal Shelkowitz is an experienced pastry chef with a robust background in the culinary industry. Currently, Michal serves as a Pastry Chef at Craft since August 2016 and has held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Munchery since November 2014. Previous roles include Pastry Chef at Great Harbor Yacht Club from May 2014 to October 2014 and Pastry Chef at Dovetail restaurant from October 2010 to February 2014.
