Wendy Sin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Wendy started their career at E-matrix Solutions Canada as a Marketing and Design Executive in 2003. After that, they worked as a Graphic Design and Packaging Manager at Manley Toys Company Limited from 2005 to 2007. Wendy then joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as the Head of Department for Design and Packaging, where they managed packaging operations, developed program strategies, and set up packaging departments in Asia. Wendy worked at Lowe's for nine years until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Global Production Design at Munchkin, a role they have been in since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Production Design at Munchkin from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of Graphic Design and Packaging at Munchkin from 2016 to 2018.

Wendy Sin completed their education with a Master of Design (Mdes) in Brand Marketing and Design Strategies from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Arts and Media from the same university in 2007. Wendy also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in General Studies from British Columbia Open University, which they completed in 2003. Wendy also attended Bodwell College Canada to obtain a High Diploma in Advance Design Media, and Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School in Canada for their secondary education, although specific start and end years for these two institutions are not provided.
