Adrià Riera

Adrià Riera is the Head of Operations at Munich Electrification, where he oversees customer series support, production planning, change management, logistics, field quality, sourcing, and supply chain. Prior to this role, he has held various positions at BMW Group, where he led projects on motorcycle production in different countries. He has also worked at Knorr-Bremse and PAUL HARTMANN AG, gaining experience in lean management and engineering. With a background in industrial engineering and management, Adrià has also taught mathematics and physics at Acadèmia Triangle and served as an assistant scholar at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has furthered his education with training in lean production methods and a Master of Engineering degree.
