Ben Redman is currently the Head of Change (interim) at Munich Re, having joined the company in 2024. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ben previously held multiple roles, including Senior Operations Manager at MS Amlin and Programme Manager at Munich Re. They began their career as a Large Loss Claims Handler at Admiral Group plc, later working with AXA in the same capacity. Ben also earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Criminology and Sociology from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
