Frank Devlin

Frank Devlin is the Regional Chief Risk Officer for the Life and Health business at Munich Re, a position held since 2022. They previously held senior roles at notable companies including ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as Head of Actuarial Reporting and at Aviva Asia Pte Ltd as Head of Financial Management. Frank's extensive educational background includes a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University, an MSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London, and an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, Frank has been a Fellow of the Singapore Actuarial Society since 2010.
