Jonathan Sen is currently the Head of Group Insurance at Munich Re, where they have been since 2022. With a successful track record in leading life and health insurance businesses at the CEO and executive level, Jonathan has also founded and served as CEO of African Employee Benefit Solutions Ltd from 2014 to 2019, specializing in pan-African health and life insurance solutions. Their diverse experience includes managing complex multinational businesses, corporate sales, client relations, and turnaround efforts, as well as raising investment capital and engaging in M&A activities. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science with honors from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Fellow of both the Actuarial Society of South Africa and the Institute of Actuaries (UK).
