Earlier in the career, Sam worked as a Sr. Developer & Sys Admin at The Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Canada (HSB BI&I) from June 2007 to August 2016. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Beihang University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
