Marouane Rcham

Marouane Rcham has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Marouane began their career as an Assistant Technical and Helpdesk at the Cour d'appel de Taza in 2012. From there, they worked as a Technician in Networks and Information Security at the Faculté Polydisciplinaire de Taza, where they were responsible for deploying a WiFi network, installing and configuring a Cisco ASA 5505 firewall, creating VLANs on HP Procurve 2650 switches, and implementing a system information security policy.

Rcham then joined Business Pro Team as a Manager and Coach in Business Marketing. During their time there, they provided guidance and coaching to the team from August 2016 to March 2020.

In 2013, Rcham joined Maroc Telecom as an Information Technology Technical Support. Marouane handled incidents and provided technical support until November 2016, after which they became a Team Leader for Technical Incident Management until November 2020.

Next, Rcham was employed by AFD Technologies as a Team Leader for the Network Operation Center from November 2020 to January 2022.

Marouane then worked at Econocom Maroc as a Team Manager for the Service Desk from January 2022 until October 2022.

Currently, Rcham is employed as a Senior IT Project Manager at Munisys, starting in September 2022.

Marouane Rcham began their education in 2010 at ISTA, where they obtained a degree as a specialized technician in computer networks. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Université des sciences Moulay Ismail Meknes and earned a professional license in systems and network management. Marouane then enrolled at Ecole Marocaine des Sciences de l'ingénieur from 2014 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in MIAGE, focusing on engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Marouane Rcham has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received certifications such as Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Project Management Essentials, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate, and ICSI | CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist. In 2022, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification, and in 2023, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training.
