Anton Knopff

Anton Knopff is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people culture, currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Munters, where they focus on building talent strategies centered on sustainability and inclusion. Previously, Anton held various roles at Spotify from 2021 to 2024, including Talent Acquisition Lead, where they led global teams and initiatives in the DEIB space. Anton's career began at Parks and Resorts Scandinavia AB as a recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter, with additional experience as an HR Assistant and HR Business Partner at Gröna Lunds Tivoli. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Stockholm University and have studied various other disciplines, including psychology and theater.
