Caroline Branting is currently the People & Culture Manager at Munters, bringing a wealth of experience as an HR professional from both the private and public sectors. Caroline previously held roles such as HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB and HR Business Partner for Danone, where they supported managerial decisions during organizational changes. They began their career as a Recruiting Consultant Manager at Arena Personal AB shortly after graduating from Stockholms universitet, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in personnel, work, and organization with a major in Psychology. Throughout their career, Caroline has focused on building relationships and creating value for both individuals and businesses.
