Joel Astrén

Joel Astrén has a range of experience as a mechanical engineer and designer, working in various roles and companies over the years. Joel is currently a Senior Mechanical Engineer Design lead at Munters since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Mechanical Designer and consultant at Boule Diagnostics AB from March 2020 to February 2022. Joel also held the position of Mechanical Design Engineer at ÅF from January 2019 to February 2022. Joel has worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and consultant at Q-linea from March 2019 to March 2020 and as a Mechanical Designer and consultant at Drupps from February 2019 to May 2019. Other experiences include working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Blueair from December 2017 to December 2018, as a Design Engineer consultant at Bactiguard AB and Scanacon in November and December 2017, and as a Mechanical Designer at Etteplan from September 2014 to December 2017. Joel also worked as a Design Engineer consultant at Scania Group from February 2017 to October 2017.

Joel Astrén earned their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Industrial Design from Lunds Tekniska Högskola from 2006-2010. Prior to this, they studied the same field at Mid Sweden University from 2005-2006.
