Linnea Söderholm

Linnea Söderholm is the Director of People & Culture at Munters, where they focus on enhancing organizational capabilities and employee relations. Previously, Linnea held various roles, including Human Resources Director at Optimizely, where they contributed to workforce optimization and talent management across EMEA. They have also served as People & Culture Manager at Holm | Henning & Partners, where they were responsible for internal recruitment and employer branding. Linnea earned a Bachelor's degree in HR from Uppsala University and has experience studying organizational studies and French in various international programs.
