Melanie Strong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Sustainability for Munters AirTech since May 2017, Melanie leads initiatives focused on reducing emissions and making data-driven investment decisions in renewable energy and energy efficiency. Previously, Melanie held the role of Director of Strategic Sourcing - Americas, overseeing a regional team in supplier management and negotiations, and served as Project Sourcing Manager, where project coordination across various functions was essential. Prior to joining Munters, Melanie worked at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated as a Project Coordinator, engaging with stakeholders to align supply chain requirements and support product development. Melanie holds an International MBA in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a BS in Management from UMass Boston, complemented by studies at the University of Oxford.
