Micky Weber

Micky Weber has extensive experience in project coordination, IT training, and support, with a focus on software systems and user education. Currently serving as a project coordinator for the upgrade of Nav2009R2 to Nav2015 at Dockendale Ship Management Dubai since September 2015, Micky also provides first-line support for Dockendale DMC and Mumbai. Previous roles include IT Trainer and Support at MUR Shipping RSA, where responsibilities involved front-end support for Mark5 and maintaining data integrity, and Snr Dynamics Nav Trainer at Itec Holdings, delivering training on Dynamics Nav 4.3. Micky’s experience also includes contract training for the Justice Department on system upgrades and roles in retail training and creditors administration. Educational achievements encompass certifications in skills development, assessment, and trainer training, alongside a certificate in understanding shipping from The Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
