Giulia Barboni

Giulia Barboni has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Customer Support Representative at MURAL. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at Degusta Box, where they supported customers in resolving issues and managing complaints for the Italian and Spanish markets. Giulia also worked as a Customer Care Specialist B2B at TripAdvisor, handling requests from restaurant owners in Italy and Spain. Giulia has experience as a Professional Shop Assistant at S.C.O.U.T. and as an Assistant Store Manager at Ansaloni, where they developed strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Giulia also worked as a Shop Assistant at Levi Strauss & Co., where they gained expertise in assisting customers and meeting sales targets. Additionally, Giulia participated in a cultural exchange program as a Premium School Exchange Hosting Student at Liceo Classico "L. Ariosto" and visited CNBA, Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, through another exchange program in Argentina.

Giulia Barboni has a diverse education history. Giulia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Lingue e letterature straniere (TDM) from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they pursued from 2010 to 2014. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they completed their high school education at Liceo Classico "L. Ariosto" from 2005 to 2010, specializing in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Giulia continued their education at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and earned a Master's degree in Cultura e Letteratura Italiana per Stranieri from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Giulia has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Giulia obtained certifications in Word Essential Training (Office 365), Freelancing Tips, Learning Personal Branding, Personal Branding on Social Media, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from LinkedIn in 2020. Furthermore, in 2014, they obtained Chinese University Certification and Spanish University Certification from Università di Bologna. Lastly, during their high school years, they obtained France High School Certification from Liceo Classico "L. Ariosto" in 2010.
