Jordan Olels is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in marketing and operational strategy. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Mural, Jordan focuses on building operational programs and tools to enhance scalability within the marketing organization. Previously, Jordan managed integrated programs at Smartsheet, oversaw product development at Eventbrite, and directed marketing and ticketing at Neumos & Capitol Hill Block Party. With a strong background in digital marketing and graphic design, highlighted by proficiency in industry-standard software, Jordan has also made significant contributions to local businesses and co-founded a successful stage production.
