Jyoti Pati

Jyoti Pati has a diverse work history spanning several companies. Jyoti currently works as a Sales Compensation Analyst at MURAL since October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sales Commission Analyst at Smartsheet from February 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for preparing sales forecasts, designing compensation plans, and programming and maintaining plans in Callidus. Before joining Smartsheet, Jyoti worked at Team Red Dog as a Lead Business Analyst - WW Incentive Compensation at Microsoft. In this position, they led the Payouts workstream and Canada Compensation Groups, utilized Power BI for reporting, and played a role in process improvement initiatives. Jyoti also worked as an Operational Compensation Analyst at Team Red Dog from June 2017 to December 2017, auditing territory setups and payouts for over 600+ Seller participants. Jyoti's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they focused on NGA process design within Openreach (British Telecom) and digital marketing activities for Microsoft. Jyoti also worked as a Business Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were involved in transforming specifications for an automotive major.

Jyoti Pati's education history begins with their time at Sacred Heart School in Jamshedpur, India from 1990 to 2004. After completing their secondary education, they moved on to Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2004 to 2008.

Jyoti then decided to further their studies by enrolling at Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2012 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Marketing and Operations.

Afterward, Jyoti sought to expand their knowledge in the field of Management Information Systems. From 2015 to 2016, they enrolled at California State University, Los Angeles, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems, specializing in the general area.

Additionally, Jyoti holds the certification of being Google Analytics Certified, which they obtained in April 2017 from Google.
