Mailen Espalla

Mailen Espalla has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Mailen started their career as a Sales Executive at Tarjeta Naranja S.A., where they were responsible for the full cycle of credit card issuance and provided onboarding and assistance to newcomers. Mailen then worked as a Commercial Assistant at Itaú Bank before transitioning to the field of esports. As an Esports Manager for Dota 2, Mailen built and managed a successful Argentinian semi-professional team, achieving notable results in various tournaments. Mailen then joined the National Commission of Atomic Energy as an Administrative Management Officer, where they handled administrative tasks, course assistance, and internal communication. Currently, Mailen is working at MURAL as a Business Intelligence Engineer on the Data Modeling & Architecture Team, where they implement and manages data pipelines for analytics and maintains ETL data pipelines. Mailen also previously held the position of Business Intelligence Developer at MURAL, where they supported data analytics platforms and performed data analysis, testing, and debugging.
