Manager, Customer Success at MURAL

Meagan Dobson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Meagan currently works at Mural as a Manager of Customer Success. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Success Architect and Team Lead at Mural, where they served as a product and facilitation expert and consulted with Enterprise customers on the implementation of Mural. During their time at Mural, Meagan presented at the company's GTM kickoff, achieved upsells of over $1M in ARR, interviewed and onboarded CSMs, added Enterprise features to the roadmap, and facilitated hackathons and workshops.

Before joining Mural, Meagan worked at Brandcast as an Enterprise Customer Success and Team Lead. Meagan was responsible for managing a book of accounts, driving adoption of the no-code website builder, and achieving high retention rates. Notable customers they worked with included Colliers International, IMG, Kaiser Permanente, and Sanofi Canada. Meagan also played a key role in the acquisition of Brandcast by Time Magazine and the relocation of the company to San Francisco.

Meagan's earlier work experience includes a role as a Marketing and Customer Success Specialist at Colliers, where they handled various marketing and customer support tasks for the National Student Housing Group. Meagan also had a period of self-employment as a graphic designer, copywriter, and website designer, working on projects using Brandcast Studio and WordPress.

Additionally, Meagan worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Superior Group of Companies, Membership Chair at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and Recruitment Team Lead at Florida State University. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Project Manager at Dobson Sheet Metal & Roofing Inc and as a Public Relations Intern at Maltz Jupiter Theatre.

Meagan Dobson has a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in International Affairs and Media/Communication Studies from Florida State University. Meagan also participated in a Study Abroad program on Contemporary Human Rights and Social Justice Issues at the Florida State University College of Social Work.

In 2022, Meagan obtained a certificate in Global Business from Harvard Business School Online.

In terms of additional certifications, Meagan is a LUMA Practitioner Certified from the LUMA Institute, and they obtained this certification in November 2022. Meagan also holds certifications in "What Successful Managers Do" from SuccessHACKER, "Foundations in Design Thinking," "From Ideas to Action," and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U. These certifications were obtained in June 2022, March 2021, and December 2020, respectively. Additionally, Meagan is an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certified by IBM, which they obtained in August 2020. Meagan also holds certifications in Brandcast and Commercial Property Marketing from Brandcast and Colliers International, obtained in May 2019 and October 2018, respectively.
