Perran Facey has a comprehensive work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. They currently hold the position of Senior Director of Customer Support at MURAL since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Support at MURAL from October 2020 to January 2022 and as the Head of Support from December 2019 to October 2020. Before joining MURAL, Perran worked as the Leiter Support at Insel Gruppe from November 2018 to December 2019. Perran gained experience as a Customer Services Manager at ICM Continuity Consulting Ltd from October 2009 to November 2011 and as a Customer Services Advisor from December 2007 to October 2009. Their earliest work experience was as a PDA Support Coordinator at Alexis Medical from May 2004 to October 2007.
Perran Facey attended Queen Mary University of London from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Mathematics. In addition to their education, Perran Facey obtained certifications such as Agile Scrum Master from Exin in October 2019 and ITIL v3 Foundation from The Knowledge Academy in January 2011.
