Tim Willard is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in organizational development, specializing in strategy, culture, and innovation for growth. As a Founding Partner at navigate. since May 2011, Tim focuses on helping corporates, family-owned businesses, and non-profit organizations navigate strategic and cultural transformations, particularly in the context of post-COVID redesign. Additional roles include serving as a Business Mentor at Savant, a Consulting Partner at MURAL, and a Non-Executive Director at Natrofix.
