Roope Jansson

Roope Jansson has over 19 years of experience at Murata, currently serving as Manager of Internal Logistics, where responsibilities include managing a team of eight material handling professionals and overseeing budgeting, hiring, work planning, and employee well-being initiatives. Previous roles at Murata include Process Quality Manager, leading a team of 10-15 engineers and technicians in various process areas, and Process Development Technology Specialist, focusing on automatic optical inspection (AOI) for MEMS sensor manufacturing. Additionally, Roope has experience as a Process Development Engineer, transitioning AOI from manual to automated systems, and as a Process Owner for MEMS platforms, managing multiple accelerometer manufacturing processes. Earlier in the career, Roope worked as a Research Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, specializing in component design and sputtering tool processes.
