Wonjae Kim is a seasoned expert in nanotechnology and electrical engineering, currently serving as a MEMS Platform Development Specialist at Murata since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Scientist at VTT, where work focused on nanoelectronics with graphene and layered semiconductors, and a Researcher at Aalto University during which fabrication and characterization of graphene and 2D material-based electronic devices were explored. Additional research roles include a position at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, specializing in carbon nanotubes and OLED lighting, and a Master's Thesis at ETH Zurich on the local synthesis of single-walled carbon nanotubes. Wonjae Kim began a career as an Electrical R&D Engineer at Samsung Electronics and holds a Doctor of Science in Technology and a Master’s Degree, both in Nanotechnology and Electrical Engineering from Aalto University and Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, respectively.
