Their services do not just restrict to offering Quality Villas for Sale, but also helping those that want to sell their Villas. It also holds out Villas on Short-term or Long-term Rental basis for tourists that seek an Exotic Vacation experience in the sunniest part of Europe - Murcia. Additionally, it provides professional House Management services to those who have already bought a property in Costa Cálida; so that customers can better maintain their dream homes.

Murcia Villas is spread across the region in the towns of Balsicas, Los Belones, Pilar de la Horadada and Sucina to present the customers with proficient services in their choice of Location.

Our Story:

Husband and wife team, Hugh and Fiona James, started Murcia Villas SL back in 2002 in very modest premises in the small village of Los Belones; close to the exclusive, and first, golf resort in Murcia: La Manga Club Resort.

Today, there are 4 Murcia Villas offices across the region, located in the towns of Balsicas, Los Belones, Pilar de la Horadada and Sucina.

Their idea was not only to offer quality properties for sale, but also to provide professional rental and management service to people who already had bought property in Costa Cálida.

From these very humble beginnings, their hard work and constant, friendly service put the company on the map for people who were looking to either buy or sell a property, or find an efficient and professional management company to look after their property.
