Aly Dabbs

Aly Dabbs is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Coordinator at the City of Murfreesboro since January 2022, responsible for driving recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient onboarding process for new employees. Previously, Aly served as a Legal Assistant, managing emails, document reviews, invoices, requisition purchases, and budget tracking, while contributing to the design and implementation of case management systems. Prior experience includes the role of Management Analyst at the Maine Human Rights Commission, focusing on complex legal and administrative tasks, staff supervision, and organizing Continuing Legal Education for attorneys. Aly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained in May 2014.
