Charles Powell

Charles Powell has an extensive background in emergency services and engineering, currently serving as an Engineer, AEMT, and Rescue Technician with the City of Murfreesboro since October 2004. Previous experience includes a role as Quality Control at Barrett Firearms Mfg, Inc. from April 2006 to October 2007, where Charles built 50 caliber sniper rifles. Charles also served in the US Army from January 2000 to July 2004 as NCOIC of the 6th Battalion, 27th Field Artillery and as a Combat Medic. Earlier work includes firefighting for the Town of Smyrna from April 1994 to December 1999 and personnel management with the Tennessee Air National Guard from December 1990 to December 1998. Charles is an alumnus of the Great Plains Technology Center, attended from 2001 to 2002.
