Robert Boutiette

Robert Boutiette is an experienced GIS professional with a strong background in geographical data management and analysis. Currently serving as GIS Assistant Manager and GIS Analyst for the City of Murfreesboro since October 2016, Robert has also held the position of GIS Tech Manager at TDOT since November 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing data crucial for federal reporting. Previous roles include Senior Geospatial Analyst at Wiser Company, Senior Applications Engineer at Harris Corporation, GIS Manager for the City of Vero Beach, and GIS/CAD Technician for the Town of Jupiter. Notable accomplishments include authoring a quality control procedure that improved production efficiency and successfully negotiating data-sharing agreements with local government. Robert holds a Master's degree in Geography with a focus on GIS from Florida Atlantic University and a certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
