Maxime GRAPTON

Maxime Grapton is currently the Responsable de l’excellence opérationnelle at Murfy, where they focus on operational excellence initiatives. Previously, Maxime worked as an Ingenieur outillage / fiabilité industrielle at agap2, where they defined critical processes for General Electric Offshore Wind and implemented action plans to enhance industrial security. They also served as Responsable méthodes for Manitou Group, managing a team of technicians and overseeing the industrialization of new products. Earlier in their career, Maxime gained valuable experience as an Ingenieur Amélioration Continue at Faurecia, contributing to the launch of new production lines and developing production standards. Maxime holds multiple engineering degrees from distinguished institutions, including Polytech Lille and Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
