Tom Baker

Tom Baker is a seasoned Patent Attorney with extensive experience in patent protection, strategy, drafting, filing, prosecution, searching, EPO opposition proceedings, patent revocation actions, and providing patent infringement advice. Currently employed at Murgitroyd since October 2021, Tom previously worked at UDL for nearly twenty years, until March 2022. Before entering the field of intellectual property, Tom gained experience as a Mountain Bike Guide with Vertigo Heli-biking in 2001. Tom holds an MRes in Materials Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science & Engineering from Swansea University, along with GCSEs and A-Levels from Solihull School.
