Muriel Consulting partners with financial advisors navigating career-defining moments—from evaluating a move to building something entirely new.

We help advisors do three things exceptionally well: 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡.

Our work is hands-on, strategic, and grounded in how advisory businesses actually operate. Advisors work with Muriel when they want clarity, structure, and a trusted partner who understands both the business and human side of change—not just the transaction.

Our team brings experience across advisor transitions, independent RIA launches, recruiting and hiring, brand positioning, and growth strategy. We help advisors evaluate fit, navigate complexity, and execute with confidence, always with an eye toward sustainability, culture, and client experience.

Beyond execution, Muriel is committed to elevating the broader conversation around independence. Through research, market analysis, and our podcast, 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘖𝘧𝘧-𝘚𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘵, we share real stories and insights from the independent frontlines—because the best decisions are informed by lived experience, not just deal terms.
