Arbie Allen

Arbie Allen is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the cardiac device and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Sales Director for the Midwest region at Murj since August 2022, Arbie previously held various positions at Boston Scientific from July 2000 to August 2022, including Regional Sales Manager and Manager of Sales and Leadership Development. Arbie has a strong background in Cardiac Rhythm Management, having led sales teams and developed training programs across multiple regions. Prior experience includes roles at Novartis and Watson Pharma, focusing on cardiovascular pharmaceuticals, as well as early career positions in communications with GTE and military service in the US Army, where active duty included participation in Desert Storm. Arbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky.
