Katie W. is an experienced data manager currently working at murmuration since February 2023, responsible for the quality and movement of data through complex pipelines and ensuring high-quality data processes for partners. Prior to this role, Katie served as a Science and Technology Librarian at Fordham University, providing research support and library instruction to faculty and students. Katie has held various positions in library and information science, including an internship at the Law Library of Congress focused on digital research, and as a Mass Digitization Coordinator at The New York Public Library, managing high-volume digitization projects. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Data Science from Fordham University and a Master of Library & Information Science from Pratt Institute, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Columbia University.
