Lia Dawson

Lia Dawson is a Data Engineering Manager and Lead Data Engineer at murmuration since January 2023. Previously, Lia held positions as Senior Data Engineer and Data Engineer at Helm from December 2020 to January 2023, and worked as a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting between September 2018 and December 2020. Lia began an academic career at the University of Delaware Admissions Office as a Blue Hen Ambassador from April 2015 to May 2018 and also served as a Summer Scholar at Deloitte Consulting in summer 2017. Additional experience includes being a Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware and an Information Technology Intern at Axalta Coating Systems. Lia's professional journey commenced as an Admissions Assistant at Education Unlimited from June 2014 to August 2015. Lia holds an Honors Bachelor Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, earned in June 2018.
