Nelly Bruce

Nelly Bruce is a communications coordinator at Murmuration since 2022 and serves as a board member for Progressive Pipeline. Previously, Nelly held the position of junior program coordinator at Tulane University from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included organizing a 5-day training for 20 program assistants, managing a $10,000 budget, and analyzing surveys for program improvement. Nelly also worked as a sales and operations intern at TargetSmart in 2021, focusing on business opportunities for the sales team and improving client communication efficiency. Early career experience includes serving as a recruitment coordinator for The Baton Rouge Youth Coalition, where data management and communication strategies were implemented to enhance applicant engagement. Nelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Social Policy and Practice, and English from Tulane University.
