Will Herberich

Will Herberich is a senior communications strategist and political operative with a passion for progressive causes and equity. They have a proven track record managing high-performing teams to achieve campaign and organizational goals. Will is the founder of Pawlet Strategies, a Massachusetts-based strategic communications firm, and currently serves as Senior Campaign Strategy Director at murmuration. They previously held the position of Managing Director for Communications and Campaign Strategy at P.A.C.E. Strategies. Will earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University.
