Ivan Martinez has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance at Murphy Oil Corporation since April 2013. In this role, Ivan manages and supervises the maintenance of over 500 oil and gas wells and 25 processing facilities, overseeing critical activities such as safety systems testing, emergency response, and facility modifications. Additionally, Ivan contributed significantly to the development and implementation of the company's computer-based maintenance management system (EAM). Prior to this, from November 2008 to December 2012, Ivan served as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy, responsible for the operation and maintenance of various marine systems, ensuring compliance with Navy standards. Ivan holds an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Northwest Vista College and graduated from Thomas Edison High School in 2007.
